These terms govern the relationship between Samtos Auto Baking, vehicle owners, organizations, and insurance partners (such as Leadway Assurance).
1. Competitive & Transparent Quotations
We provide competitive and transparent repair quotations. Our objective is to minimize repair costs without compromising safety, parts integrity, or professional automotive workmanship.
2. Professional Automotive Standards
All repairs, panel beating, dent correction, spray painting, and accident-damage restoration are executed to meet rigorous professional automotive standards.
3. Agreed Turnaround Periods
We are committed to delivering vehicles strictly within agreed turnaround periods. We maintain clear ongoing communication with vehicle owners, policyholders, and insurance adjusters throughout every repair assignment.
4. Job Documentation & Presentation
We provide proper documentation for all jobs undertaken, including photographic logs and repair records. Repaired vehicles are inspected and presented in a clean and acceptable condition upon completion.
